We will always do our best to ensure your delivery arrives with you in perfect condition, unfortunately things do go wrong from time to time.

Should you wish to return anything then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a return address to send it back. We can then either send you out a replacement (if we have the stock) or arrange a refund (less a 10% restock fee if there's nothing wrong with the item)

Shipping charge depends upon where you are in the World and how heavy your package is - this will be worked out at checkout before you pay.
